Terms and conditions of sale

Purpose

These general conditions apply to all services offered by Domaine Ribiera: room and suite bookings, spa access, dining, golf lessons and gift voucher purchases. Any booking or purchase implies full acceptance of these conditions.

Booking and payment

Bookings can be made online, by phone or by e-mail. Payment may be requested partially or in full upon booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods are: credit card, bank transfer, and cheques (under conditions).

Cancellation and modification

Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the rate booked and the date of stay. They are communicated to the customer at the time of booking and appear on the confirmation sent by e-mail. In case of late cancellation or no-show, fees may apply.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from their date of issue. Any booking must be made before the expiration date. Vouchers are personalised or not depending on the choice at purchase; they are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. Bookings remain subject to availability.

Liability

Domaine Ribiera declines any responsibility in case of theft, loss or damage to the personal belongings of the client during their stay, except in the case of proven fault by the establishment. Customers are required to comply with the internal rules and safety instructions.

Applicable law and disputes

These conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, and after seeking an amicable solution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may freely use a consumer mediator.
